January in Canada is such a glum time of the year unless you are in a province with a lot of snow and you enjoy snow sports. Where I live it gets cold but we don't get very much snow so there isn't a lot to do except bundle up and wait for March to hit. A Caribbean vacation or a Caribbean cruise would be wonderful right now. Not enough sunlight gives some people S.A.D. or in other words, seasonal affective disorder. Ten days or two weeks in the sun would probably go a long way towards straightening things out. There are many really good Caribbean vacation packages available right now that include a hotel discount. To go along with that is the fact that this is the season for cheap airfare. It usually runs from January until about April. If you are like me and find January and February dreary months, then take advantage of the cheap Caribbean travel and go on the vacation of a lifetime. There is a lot of beautiful sunshine to soak up in the Caribbean.
