Many people could only dream of relaxing on a beautiful Caribbean beach. With sunny weather and a laid back pace of life, who wouldn't want a Caribbean vacation? Here are some tips in getting that perfectly ideal Caribbean vacation on a budget.


  • Constantly check for cheap airfare deals on various travel search engines and even the airline website itself. You may want to also check hotel discounts, Caribbean vacation packages, or even Caribbean cruise deals
  • Shop last minute deals. If you're on a flexible schedule, numerous travel agencies offer cheap deals last minute. However, it is risky and it's all or nothing, so that's why I only recommend this tip if you're flexible
  • Visit during off-peak season. Peak time usually runs from Christmas to April 16th. Have your Caribbean vacation on the times that are low in demand. There are huge savings when you travel during off-peak season
  • Find out where the locals eat. Don't eat at fancy resorts, they'll only make a nice profit off you. Sometimes, the best food is where the locals are
  • Do research on tourism bureau resources. They may list some deals, such as grand openings
  • Consider an all-inclusive resort for your Caribbean vacation. Pay one large sum and don't worry about certain expenses, such as meals or drinks. Just make sure that you find out what is included on your all-inclusive Caribbean vacation
