caribbean cruiseMy neighbor is one lucky guy. He just won a Caribbean cruise from work. He was the top performer in 2008 as a salesperson, and now he and his wife get to spend a week floating around on a luxury cruiser in March. He worked for the Caribbean cruise, to say the least. Many companies use travel as an incentive to increase the output from their employees, and it really works. In fact, right across the board, travel makes a great incentive. Sending someone on a Caribbean cruise as a reward for hard work pays off for both the employee and the company.

He has never ben on a cruise before, and is concerned about getting restless onboard. Since he's such a driven worker, it might be hard for him to just unplug his brain and relax for an entire week, but I think he'll be amazed at how fast he'll get into the hang of lounging around, eating delicious food, and enjoying his Caribbean cruise. I know his wife will really have a great time because she's much more laid back than he is. Lucky guy, lucky company! caribbean cruise
