Caribbean Cruise
With autumn quickly approaching, many companies are offering cheap Caribbean travel to warm destinations. My husband and I have been talking for most of the summer about taking a little time in October and going somewhere. Where that somewhere is hasn’t quite yet been determined. My husband isn’t one for planning vacations, but we’ve both talked in the past about a Caribbean vacation. I can close my eyes and imagine the warm blue water, cool tropical breeze, and white sandy beaches. What isn’t to love about that?
I grew up on the coast and water has always been a part of my life, but surprisingly, I’ve never been on a Caribbean cruise. Most of my family and friends have been on a Caribbean cruise of some sort, but not my husband or me. Once the weather starts cooling off and the rains move in, one of the best places to be would be where there’s a little warmth and a whole lot of sunshine. We’re keeping our options open, but time is running out. Wherever we end up going, I know it will be a well-needed break for both of us.
